On The Run is a fuel and convenience store chain with over 170 stores across Australia. OTR is a fully Australian owned & operated brand Open 24-hours a day, 7-days a week. Pier Street had an existing fuel station that had long past its expiry date and the site being derelict for some time. Along with managing the contamination of the site materials, a major modification and rebuild of the existing building, installation of new fuel tanks and canopy will bring a fresh new look to the area, servicing patrons visiting the HBF Sports Park in Perth. The Pier street site required some forward planning as the site is smaller than the average service station plot.
