The City Of Kwinana’s existing Operations Centre (Depot) office had a number of restrictive operational issues with its current design and layout which limit operational capacity. These limitations included the poor layout and size of the building and the steep topography of the land on which it had been located. A second story extension to the building was designed to cater for future growth with modifications to the ground floor office and crib room areas to improve the functionality and compliance.
