Consult360 were engaged on one of Western Australia’s largest infrastructure projects.
Bunbury Outer Ring Road consists of a 27-kilometre four-lane, high standard road linking Forrest Highway to Bussell Highway bypassing the city centre to improve traffic flow.
A large-scale infrastructure project of this magnitude necessitated a project controls team embedded into the delivery team and warranted the use of various methods of project controls including project planning across several areas of construction, resource management including installation productivity / materials and earned value management across the project for various levels of reporting. Disciplines across all civils construction including bridges, drainage installation works and various types of road construction.
Software’s used on this project included Primavera P6, PowerBI, TILOS and the usual office suite of applications.
